BMA Pay

BMA Pay

Terms and conditions

Last updated: 20 September 2026

These terms apply when you use BMA Pay, which is run by Brampton Manor Trust ("we", "us") for Brampton Manor Academy. By making an account or a payment, you agree to them. Please read them with our privacy policy and our refunds page.

Your account

  • You must be a parent or legal guardian of the pupil you link to your account, and aged 18 or over.
  • Give true information. We may check who you are, and we may refuse or remove a link to a pupil if we cannot check it.
  • To see a child, you enter their date of birth. Do not share your login, and do not open the profile of a child who is not yours. Tell us quickly if you think someone else has used your account.

Buying

  • Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where it applies.
  • You pay by card through our payment provider, Fiserv. Your order is confirmed only when the payment works and you get a confirmation.
  • When you go to pay, we hold your places for 3 hours. If the payment is not finished by then, the places are released to others.
  • If your payment reaches us after your places were released and someone else has taken them, we will refund you.
  • Some things are only open to certain pupils, for example one year group. We check this when you buy.
  • A payment link may be shared by the school. Whoever pays through a link is responsible for the amount they agree to pay.

Full trips, clubs, events and items: waiting lists

  • When something is full, you can join its waiting list. Joining is free and does not promise you a place.
  • If a place becomes free, we offer it to people in the order they joined and email the person offered it.
  • We hold the place for 48 hours. You only pay if you book it. If you do not book in that time, the place goes to the next person.
  • You can leave a waiting list at any time.

Tickets, trips and clubs

  • Tickets are for the person or pupil named on them. You may need to show or scan them at the door.
  • The school runs the events, trips and clubs. It may change or cancel them. Our refunds page says what happens then.
  • For a trip, you may need to give medical and emergency details and consent. Keep them true and up to date, and tell the school about any change. The school may refuse a place if these details are missing.
  • You cannot resell tickets without the school's permission.

Refunds and your legal rights

Our refunds page explains when the school gives refunds. For events, trips and clubs that take place on a set date or over a set period, the 14-day right to cancel that applies to some online purchases does not apply. Nothing in these terms or on the refunds page takes away any legal right you have that cannot be taken away.

If you think a payment is wrong, please contact us first so we can put it right quickly, before you ask your bank to reverse it.

Using the service properly

Do not try to break or overload the service, get into other people's data, or use it for fraud. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Our responsibility to you

We work to keep BMA Pay available and correct, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example for repairs.

If we do not follow these terms, we are responsible for loss you suffer that we could reasonably have foreseen as a result. We are not responsible for loss that could not reasonably have been foreseen.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, for example when the law or the service changes. We will update the date at the top. If a change matters to you, we will tell you by email before it starts. If you keep using BMA Pay after a change starts, you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales can decide any dispute. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a case in your own courts.
