Choosing a password
Use at least 8 characters. Do not use only numbers, and do not use a common password.
We also check that your password has not been found in a data leak from another website. If it has, choose another one.
Links that stop working
An invite link works for 14 days. A password reset link works for 2 hours. If a link has stopped working, ask for a new one.
Keep your login private
Do not share your login. Each parent or carer can have their own. Tell us quickly if you think someone else has used your account.
